This Cookie Policy explains how GeoStamp uses cookies and similar technologies.
No. GeoStamp does not use HTTP cookies, web beacons, pixels, or tracking scripts. We do not run any analytics, advertising, or social media trackers.
GeoStamp uses your browser's localStorage to store:
- Authentication tokens (JWT access token + refresh token) for login sessions
- Language preference
- Application settings (filename prefix, download path)
This data remains on your device, is never transmitted to third parties, and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
GeoStamp does not embed third-party cookies. The only external requests are to geocoding APIs (BigDataCloud, OpenStreetMap) and our backend API (api.geostamp.top), none of which set cookies in your browser. Our payment processor (Creem.io) may use its own cookies on its checkout page; see Creem's Cookie Policy.
You can configure your browser to block all localStorage usage. This may prevent you from logging in or persisting preferences. Clearing localStorage will log you out and reset settings.
We may update this Cookie Policy. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
