This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made through GeoStamp's payment processor (Creem.io).
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued. Each account is eligible for only one refund.
To request a refund, contact us at contact@geostamp.top with your order ID. We will process approved refunds within 3 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
GeoStamp offers a free tier (1 image per batch). Since no payment is required, this refund policy does not apply.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your account.
