By accessing or using GeoStamp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GeoStamp is a browser-based and desktop image geotagging tool that extracts GPS coordinates from image EXIF data and overlays location information onto images. The Service is available as a web application and as downloadable desktop software for Windows and macOS.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication tokens and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
Free Plan: 1 image per batch.
Pro Plan: Up to 30 images per batch (web) or 100 images per batch (desktop), unlimited batches — $7.99/month.
Subscription fees are billed monthly through our payment processor, Creem.io. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
Payments are processed securely by Creem.io. We do not store your payment card details. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. See our Refund Policy for full details. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription checks; (c) upload malicious files; (d) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
You retain all rights to the images you process. We claim no ownership over your content. The GeoStamp software, name, logo, and website are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEOSTAMP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, unless prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
